Following the success of the Career Hub, we partnered with PMI to develop the Commercial Hub – a similar platform tailored for their commercial teams. Built with the same core principles, the Commercial Hub provides employees with structured pathways for growth and development within this key area of the business.
Similar to the Career Hub, the Commercial Hub focuses on personal career growth and also dives deeper into tailored documentation offering insights, resources, and pathways for employees to develop their careers in the commercial area of PMI.
The Impact
Within the first phase, the Career Hub saw over 35,000 visits, a testament to its immediate relevance and value. With PMI’s workforce numbering in the hundreds of thousands, this initiative continues to drive engagement, transparency, and internal mobility.
