MMU faced a challenge in recruiting senior faculty talent from overseas, necessitating the costly use of agencies to fill these critical roles.
Recognising the need, we set out to create an enticing and immersive platform for candidates to explore—a platform that would effectively convey MMU's unique story, showcase the opportunities, and capture the allure of living and working in Manchester. Our solution was a dynamic and interactive magazine, enriched with impactful imagery and captivating drone footage.
The results were remarkable. Our solution not only saved MMU nearly £700k in agency fees but also garnered recognition, earning two prestigious awards in 2017/18. It was a testament to the power of storytelling and innovative presentation in talent acquisition.

Collaborating closely with software developers 'Foleon,' Peters-Fox played a key role in the development of candidate-tailored interactive magazines. Our focus was clear: to attract the finest talent while highlighting Man Met and Manchester as the most dynamic and thrilling destination for work in the north of England.
Peters-Fox contributed an array of content to Manchester Met, including drone videography, interactive magazines, campaign designs, branding materials, and a diverse range of assets, all designed to empower the recruitment teams.
